Hi, I'm Ron Jackson
Iām a Senior IT Engineer at Redpanda with extensive experience across IT support, infrastructure and enterprise technology, alongside a strong and growing focus on cloud computing and artificial intelligence.
As an AI Champion at Redpanda, I have a particular interest in how AI can be applied practically within the workplace ā helping people understand emerging technologies, explore new tools and identify opportunities where AI can improve the way we work.
Alongside my professional role, Iām continuing to develop my cloud and AI expertise through hands-on projects and industry certifications across AWS, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
